Embodied Release: feeling into awareness and compassion as our true nature

An online retreat for people with at least a year of meditation experience interested in collective awakening, led by Singhashri and Balajit.

The Buddha likened our experience of suffering to knots of delusion held in the body. When released these knots have the potential to reveal our true nature.

How can we turn towards and meet the suffering in ourselves and the world from this place of release?

We all yearn to find and engage with others in spaces of deep meaning and heart-felt belonging, where we are each doing our own work in authentic connection with one another. In this work, a felt sense of physical and emotional safety supports us to hold the tension between our ideals and what is happening now, which sometimes feels very far from our ideals.

Together, we’ll open, move through, and journey towards an embodied freedom with the dharma as our guide.

The retreat will include input, led practices, enquiry, mindful movement, small group exercises and discussions, and ritual.
